Here is the second of three successive original photos by John Bowman, Jr., that were taken during a railfan excursion on 29 September 1940. Location: Honey Brook, Pennsylvania. Shown here (L to R) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #5713 and #1960. Both are G-5S (4-6-0) "Ten-Wheeler's" built in Juniata. #5713 was built in September of 1924 and retired in March of 1950, while #1960 was built in October of 1923 and retired in October of 1951.
